ABOUT Jeffrey Baumert

Jeffrey Baumert is a Pinnacle Business Guide with a career defined by disciplined execution, decisive leadership, and a passion for engaging and developing high-performing teams.

Before becoming a Pinnacle Guide, Jeff held senior executive positions in the financial services business from start-up founder to COO & President, and finally Executive Vice President at a national firm. He helped lead growth in these organizations through multiple organic channels and over twenty acquisitions.

His ability to remain adaptable while leading complex organizational change became a hallmark of his leadership.

Jeff’s leadership foundation was forged long before his corporate career. He is a retired Marine Corps Colonel with more than 25 years of service, including command of a Marine Fighter Squadron in OIF. His military experience—and his work as an airline pilot—shaped his decisiveness, adaptability, and deep commitment to mission-focused teamwork.

Across his diverse experiences—from combat operations to corporate integrations—Jeff has developed a lasting passion for working with and leading teams of leaders.
